Caseworker assistant

This is an administrative role, providing support to our money advice or benefits caseworkers.

Main duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Follow up clients to ascertain the outcomes of advice.
  • Recording outcomes.
  • Closing files.
  • Assisting with application forms.
  • Completing client satisfaction surveys.
  • Booking appointments for clients.
  • Inputting case notes on to client database
